Dinner in the Sky, Brussels
Brave and adventurous people can experience all the charm of the Dinner in the Sky restaurant, when taking food at the height of 50 meters above the ground. A platform area, that is raised by a crane, was designed for 22 visitors and 4 people from the staff (chef, waiter, security officer and artist). The guests of it are tied with special belts, guaranteeing a safe time in the restaurant.
The undoubted advantage, in addition to the fantastic panorama, is in the mobility of this place, the whole design can be moved to any location at the customer's request. The only drawback of the restaurant is the lack of a restroom.

Alcatraz, Tokyo
Alcatraz is a prison hospital style restaurant, at the entrance of which you are offered to leave your fingerprints, take into consideration the rules of conduct, and dress in the form of a prisoner, while eating itself takes place in a prison cell.
The waiters in suits of medical workers and security guards can handcuff any guest (of course, at the client's request) or ride him/her on a wheelchair throughout the place, while the rest of visitors should scream out various obscenities toward the security of the "prison." The menu of the restaurant also will not disappoint; you can, for example, taste "human intestine," "dead chicken," or a variety of cocktails served in syringes, vials, or pretty realistic human heads.

Modern Toilet, Taipei
The place, as you can guess, is designed in the "toilet" style. There you can see many photos of sanitary equipment; tables are shells covered with glass, and seats — toilets with fun colorful caps (if you press the waiter call button, you can hear the distinctive sound of the toilet tank. Dishes are offered from the medical ducks, miniature toilets, or pots; drinks are served in small urinals, while toilet paper is used instead of napkins. As for the menu, it is quite traditional. There are only a few of the dishes that correspond to the style, such as, for example, chocolate ice cream, the form of which is very similar to excrement.
The place is most likely the most extraordinary place amongst all other unique restaurants around the world.

O’Noir, Montreal
In the O’Noir, all meals take place in complete darkness. The main purpose of the place is not only in attracting customers, but also implies a social mission; the restaurant's concept aims to make visitors experience the problem daily faced by blind people. All guests are escorted in complete darkness to the tables by blind waiters who tell them about the rules of behavior and help to make a certain order.
Visitors note that they feel quite helpless, as the simplest and habitual daily actions are difficult to do. Additionally, the meal that takes place in the dark brings a whole different perception of the dishes such as, for example, ordinary vegetables seem to be more acuter, while white fish is absolutely tasteless.
