Being part of the southern Patagonian ice field, Glacier Grey, Torres Del Paine, Chile has a length of 28 km, and its total area is 270 km2. From above, it resembles a huge paw stretching to the lake with the same name. Also, the ice field is the third by size on our planet after, of course, Antarctica and Greenland.

Due to the global warming, all our planet's glaciers are slowly melting. The Grey Glacier is not the exception. For the last ten years, for example, the glacier has significantly decreased in size, yet it remains one of the largest and most easily accessible glaciers in the world.

At the foot of Glacier Grey, Torres Del Paine, Chile, there is a lake named Grey Lake, that is fed by the meltwater of the glacier, while on its surface, there are floating icebergs resulting from the global warming.
